We operated 4 self-storage branches in and around Munich for almost 17 years and sold them in 2020. Now we have made our business to develop solutions for operators, from the automation of the branch to the early detection of dangers. From our own experience, we know about the disadvantages of isolated solutions and the difficulty of obtaining solutions for your own individual processes.
Our solution can be integrated for new branches as well as for existing branches. You can automate many of your processes and save costs.

Not all sizes of property are interesting for company growth, as staff are always required. So the vision of unmanned satellites came quickly to us.
In the course of this concept, optimal risk monitoring was still missing, for which the boxtronic sensor device is the ideal product and was developed by us.
